Edith McConkie Goodrich, 85, of Bountiful died October 7, 1996 at the home of a daughter in Roosevelt.
Born July 26, 1911 in Moab to Charles William and Viola Roberson McConkie. She married Darrell Goodrich April 2, 1930 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died July 17, 1965.She was an elementary school teacher in Maeser, Clinton and Bountiful for 17 years.
She is survived by sons and daughter, Darrell K. (Sherral) Goodrich, Bountiful; Peggy (Cliff) Perkins, Roosevelt; Dennis J. (Virginia) Goodrich, Bear River; Parley Dean (Jackie) Goodrich, West Jordan; 26 grandchildren; 52 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a baby son, Robin Williams, a daughter, Loye Bair, and she was the last of her 16 brothers and sisters.
Funeral services Thursday, October 10, 12 noon, at the Roosevelt 4th Ward Chapel, 10 South State St., where friends may call 2 hours prior to services. Burial: Tridell Cemetery. Funeral Directors: Hullinger-Olpin Mortuary.
