The body of a man, John Flynn was found floating in the Yellowstone River on Sunday afternoon, near the Currier Ferry.
The remains were drawn to the shore.
It was recognized, and the fact that there were some marks about the head, which indicated foul play. induced the corner to investigate the cause of death.
It appears taht young Flynn had been employed by John Kimes recently.
He had been last seen on Friday when he was sent to the north side to look for stray cattle.
The coroner's jury found that his death was caused by accidental drowning.
Flynn's father lives at Grey Cliff, and Mrs. Flynn and a brother of the deceased attended the funeral at Miles City on Monday.
