Gayle was born July 9, 1945 to William E. Knibbe and Ardelle (Durrant) Knibbe in Salt Lake City, Utah. She married Keith B. Fryer on August 4, 1967 in the Logan Temple. They had two children; a son and daughter. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Gayle loved family history research and temple work. She was and example of service to others and will continue to serve on the other side of the veil. She was a woman of determination, intelligence and beauty with much love and concern for her family.
Gayle lovingly leaves her husband, Keith; daughter, Denise Ann (Lee) Powers; sister, Shirley (Lee) Mumford and brother, Willard "Bill" (Jan) Knibbe. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Brian Paul Fryer; brothers, Orville Knibbe and Donald Knibbe and sister, Helen Knibbe Ure.
Funeral services held January 13, 2001 at Noon at Valley View Funeral Home Chapel. Interment, Valley View Memorial Park.
