LOUISA KIRTLAND BUSHNELL Born: 13 Aug 1791 Hanover, New London, county, Connecticut,USA Died: 29 Jun 1860 Galesburg, Knox county, Illinois, USA w/o Agrippa Simeon Martin Louisa Kirtland Bushnell was fourth of twelve known children, her father a Revolutionary War veteran, she, the older sister to Reverend Horrace Bushnell Sr., namesake of her grandson Horrace Bushnell Martin (1862IL-1926TX) . A nephew, Asa Smith Bushnell became a two-term governor of Ohio 1896-1900. 1850 Federal census at Galesburg, Knox County, Illinois lists A.S. Martin, with a Louisa Martin (Knox College says; Louisa Kirtland, [family say; Louise Bushnell], Hannah [Wright Martin] Pond, Francis Pond, Charles [Finney] Martin, and Simeon [Hammond] Martin). The Hough Family History has her removed from Onieda County, New York in 1850, Knox College says Tully County.
