Daughter of Charles & Jesse (Nickerson) Adle.
Jeannette Joyce Adle, 65, of Cozad, died June 7, 2009, at the Cozad Community Hospital.

She was born on May 16, 1944, in North Platte to Charles R. and Jesse E. (Nickerson) Adle.

She grew up in North Platte and graduated from North Platte High School in 1962. After graduation she moved to Cozad where she went to work for the Monroe plant. She continued to work there until she retired on Feb. 1, 2009, after 47 years of service.

She was a member of the Monroe Bowling League and enjoyed her boat, fishing, and fast cars.

Survivors include her special friend, Inez Borth of Cozad; a brother, Virgil Adle of North Platte; a brother-in-law, Ernie Swedberg of Hershey; nieces and nephews, Pat (Karen) Adle of North Platte, Kim Adle (Kevin Short) of Omaha, Sheree Bullington of Oregon, and Trudy Swedberg of Hershey; a special son, Gordon Borth of Norfolk; grandchildren, Matthew, Corey, and Zachary Holloway of Broken Bow; cousin, Brian (Peggy) Montgomery of Cozad, and several other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Ruth Swedberg; a great-nephew, Tab Bullington, and a sister-in-law, Joy Lee Adle.
