Thank you to all who send me edits. I appreciate them! No need to send me proof as I do research the edit before approving it. In the event that I can not confirm it, I will send an email requesting further info so please do not be offended if I ask.
Thank you to all who have accepted my edits and I apologize in advance if I have send/sent you too many because I do hundreds of edits a week linking family members and non-family members of mine.
If I have attached an obituary to a memorial you have created and you want the obituary removed, please send me an email and I will remove it. I do try to type the obituary time permitting but since becoming the full-time caregiver of my elderly mother, I've been taking a short cut with the obituaries. I do like posting them though since I have the extra Newspapers.com subscription and I want to share them with others who may not have that subscription. If I have created a memorial and typed out the obituary and you would like me to email you the obituary, I will email it to you.

"If you wonder about your 'roots' you have two parents, four grandparents eight great-grandparents and 16 great-great-grandparents, and by the time you go back 10 generations 300 years or so- you had 1,024 people from whom you are directly descended. --Mady Castro
How do I add a second set of parents or link to other memorials in a biography?
We don't have a built-in option to add both sets of parents to a memorial currently. Here is our suggestion until we have a better solution. You can also use this formula to link to other Find a Grave memorials within a biography.
It is your choice which set of parent memorial numbers to place under Family Members. Click on Edit or Suggest Edit, and place that set of parent memorial IDs in the fields provided. Save Changes.
Then place the other set of parent memorial IDs in the biography field by using the following formula (each parent memorial ID will need their own link created):
Nameonmemorial;
Replace the ######### in this code with the memorial number and Nameonmemorial with the name for that memorial.
Here is an example of the those replaced:
Joe Smith
Then copy and paste that entire line of code to the biography and save your changes. It will add the link to the other Find a Grave memorial in the biography.
