Baron Isaac Fels was born to Golda Palmer & Morris Fells in West Derby, England in December 1884. In 1885, the family moved to New York and settled in Brooklyn (around this time, Morris dropped the additional L and the family became Fels) where Baron was surrounded by many siblings including Sarah Sadie Turner, Julius Leon, Meyer, Raphael Hymen, Lillian Blum, Florence Lewis Bellsey, Gertrude Sykes, Pearl Miller, Benjamin Dewey, Ruth, Ruben and Samuel Fels.
After finding love with Minnie Wolfenstein, they had two children, Reuben Fels in 1910 and Leon Fels in 1912. In April of 1914, Baron passed away and was buried at Mount Zion Cemetery in Queens, New York.
