YONKERS, April 12 - Mrs. Luella Kipp Mills of 48 Cliff Avenue, widow of Adelbert G. Mills Sr., a refrigerating engineer, died yesterday in her home at the age of 83. Surviving are a son, Adelbert G. Mills Jr., first executive vice president and cashier of the First National Bank in Yonkers, two daughters, Miss Lina Mills and Mrs. Effie Koster; a grand-daughter and a great-grandson.
