Mr. Dulo was born in Trenton and was the son of John and the late Joan Chester Dulo. He was a lifelong resident of Florence Township and a 1967 graduate of Florence Township Memorial High School. John was a retired Motor Mechanic for United States Steel Corporation in Fairless Hills, PA with more than 35 years of loyal employment. Since John's teen years he was a caring dedicated member of his beloved community of Florence Township. His activities and memberships include, Life Member, Past Chief and Commissioner of the Florence Township Fire Department, Auxiliary Police Officer with the Florence Township Police Department, Department Fire Police Officer, Florence Emergency Squad and Burlington County Board of Elections. John was also a member of the Burlington County Fire Police Association, Life Member of the New Jersey Fireman's Association and New Jersey Exempt Firemen Association. He was an avid fan and stock owner of the Green Bay Packers. Additionally, John was most proud of being a frequent donor to the American Red Cross Blood Drives. He was preceded in death by his wife, is survived by three step- sons,two sisters, a brother, and several grandsons.

The funeral service was officiated by Florence Township Fire Department Chaplain Gary Richardson at Koschek and Porter Funeral Directors, 1115 Hornberger Avenue, Roebling.

In lieu of flowers, the family requested memorial donations be made to the Florence Township Fire Department, 401 Firehouse Lane, Florence, NJ 08518.
