Mrs. Virginia Louise Minton Adams, 72, of Lenoir, passed away Saturday, October 2, 2021 at her home.
She was born January 25, 1949 in Caldwell County to the late Stanley Whisnant and Francis Lucille Minton.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Asbury Adams.
Those left to cherish her memory include her sons, Douglas Wayne Adams, Dallas Lane Adams, and Joshua Matthew Adams and wife Gaby; daughter, Melissa Kay Adams; grandchildren, Andrew Annas and wife Tara, Jeffrey Annas and wife Elizabeth, Zaylee Adams, Jonah Adams, Maci Adams, Noah Adams, and Keelie Adams; great-grandchildren, Callie, Trinity, and Vash.
A funeral service to honor Mrs. Adams' life will be held Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Pendry's Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jo Reid officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
