ANNIE LEE JACKSON "Ann" Gary, Indiana Age 77 a Gary resident for 45 years, formerly of Louisville, MS passed away Monday, September 24, 2007. She was employed at Pullman-Standard, Midtown Cleaners, Peerless Cleaners, and Unique Cleaners. She was a member of Mercy Seat Missionary Baptist Church for 25 years. She was preceded in death by husband, Claude Jackson Sr., mother, Lula Holeman-English; father, Dave Holeman; and 4 brothers. She leaves to survive by 4 children: son, Claude (Lorna) Jackson, Jr.; 3 daughters: Lillie (Myron) Taylor of Gary, IN, Mabele Annette, and Yolanda Jackson, of Milwaukee, WI; sisters: Ruth Scott of New York, NY, Joan Holeman of Chicago, IL; 3 brothers: Terell Holeman of San Diego, CA, Orell Holeman of Kankakee, IL, and Dave Holeman of Chicago, IL; best friend: Daisy Williams of Gary; favorite cousin, Cleo of Chicago, IL; 4 sisters-in-law; 1 brother-in-law; 11 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Saturday, September 29, 2007 at 2 p.m. at Mercy Seat M.B. Church, 24 Marshall with Rev. Richard Gray officiating. Interment at Evergreen Memorial Park.
