Nancy Carol Davis, 74, passed away in Frost, Texas on Wednesday, January 15, 2020.

Nancy was born in Witcha Falls, Texas on April 10, 1945 to Milton K. and Mary Elizabeth (Osborn) Threadgill. She grew up in Wichita Falls and Ennis and graduated from Ennis High School. Nancy went on to attended Navarro College. On June 1, 1963 Nancy married James R. Davis and they made their home in Ennis, then to Crystal Beach and settled in Frost in 2009.

Nancy was a member of Damascus Road Fellowship Church of Ennis. Nancy was interested in many things including, sewing, cooking, fossils, cactus plants and was an artist. Before all of those things Nancy cherished and loved her family.

Nancy is survived by her husband of over fifty-six years, James R. Davis; son, James R. Davis, Jr.; daughter, Leah Beth Reyna; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother, Tim Threadgill and a host of extended family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother Michael.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at 11 a.m. in the Damascus Road Fellowship Church.
